No. We’ll meet with you for about 10 minutes at the beginning and again at the end of your session, but you do not need to be there throughout. In fact, we often find it’s easier for clients to step away while we work.
-
No preparation is needed. We are not a closet organizing service, and there’s no need to clean beforehand.
We simply ask that you remove any items you do not want photographed. At the start of your session, we’ll walk through your closet together to confirm what should be included.
-
Once your wardrobe is captured, your pieces are uploaded into a digital closet where everything is organized by category and brand.
From there, you can create outfits, explore new combinations, and even plan what to pack for trips, all using what you already own. Access to the app is included with your session at no additional cost.
-
Each session includes up to 250 pieces. If you’re unsure, you can send us a few photos of your closet and we’ll help estimate whether one session is sufficient or if additional time may be needed.
-
Each individual piece counts as one item, including tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes, handbags, belts, and accessories.
-
If your wardrobe exceeds 250 pieces, we can schedule an additional session to capture the remaining items.
-
After your session, your wardrobe will be fully digitized and ready to use. You’ll be able to view everything you own, build outfits, and plan looks with ease. We will even make you a video so you can watch it whenever you wish.
