Our Curators work directly with clients to photograph and build searchable digital wardrobes that bring ease, visibility, and simplicity to getting dressed every day.

We are currently building our team in Nashville, with plans to expand into Seattle, New York City, Los Angeles, Austin, and additional cities in the future.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, reliable, polished, and enjoys fashion, aesthetics, and creating seamless client experiences. Our team members enter private homes and represent the READY brand with professionalism, discretion, and care.

We are not looking for professional photographers. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented people with a great eye. The READY system and app help create a clean, polished final look.

Requirements Include

+ Must own a smartphone with a high-quality camera
+ Must be punctual, dependable, and organized
+ Must feel comfortable working inside private homes
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
+ Friendly, polished, and professional communication skills
+ Interest in fashion, aesthetics, and wardrobe organization is a plus
+ Ability to follow systems, processes, and digital workflows
+ Reliable transportation required
+ Must maintain confidentiality and client privacy at all times

Inside a READY Session

READY sessions are designed to feel seamless, efficient, and elevated for the client. Curators arrive at the client’s home, walk through the process together, and begin building their digital wardrobe system.

A typical session includes:

+ Greeting the client and reviewing the session flow
+ Photographing wardrobe and accessory items using a smartphone
+ Uploading and organizing items into the digital wardrobe system
+ Working independently and efficiently throughout the session
+ Maintaining professionalism and discretion inside the home
+ Meeting briefly with the client at the end to review the app and answer questions

This role is not focused on cleaning, organizing, folding, or styling closets. READY is a wardrobe digitization service centered around creating a clean and searchable digital wardrobe experience for clients.
